Complete the following entry requirements to travel to Slovakia with your pet: Pets must be microchipped, have a rabies vaccination at least 21 days before departure, and if arriving from a high-risk country, a rabies antibody titration test is required. EU travelers need an EU Pet Passport; others require a health certificate.
