Entry Requirements
Complete the following entry requirements to travel to Turks and Caicos with your pet: Pets must be microchipped and accompanied by a health certificate provided by a licensed veterinarian in the country of origin. Dogs and cats traveling from countries with no instances of rabies like Great Britain do not require additional proof of being rabies free. However, countries like the U.S. may require a rabies titer test for entry. The following breeds, including crossbreeds, are not permitted for entry: Dogo Argentino, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, Japanese Tosa, Perro de Presa Canario, and Fila Brasiliero. If traveling with the following dog breeds on the restricted list, you must contact the Department of Agriculture Animal Health Services Division in advance: Appenzeller, Aryan Molossus, Bandog, Beauceron, Belgian Mastiff, Bul Mastiff, Danish Broholmer, Dogue de Bordeaux, Great Swiss Mountain Dog, Korean Jindo, Kuvasz, Leonberger, Moscow Watchdog, Neapolitan Mastiff, Perro de Presa Mallorquin, Rottweiler, Boerboel, and the Tibetan Mastiff. Dogs must be spayed or neutered before entry unless a breeder's license has been granted.
