What Are the Restrictions and Fees for Loganair?
- Crate/Carrier Size: Carriers must not exceed the dimensions 35" L x 27" W x 30" H (90 cm x 70 cm x 75 cm). They must be large enough for pets to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably. Carriers must also have great ventilation, doors must be secured, and pet's body parts should not be able to fit through any opening on the side. They should be constructed out of rigid plastic, wood, or a material of comparable strength. Fiberboard or wire mesh containers are not allowed in the hold of Logan Air flights.
- Weight Limit: 70 lbs
- Breed Restrictions: Loganair can only accept 1 pet carrier per flight. The following Logan Air routes do not accept pets on board: Twin Otter (for Barra, Tiree and Campbeltown), Dornier 328 (predominantly operated on routes to/from Norwich), and Embraer 145 (predominantly operated between Manchester and Inverness, and to Norway).

What Additional Information Is Available for Loganair?
- Loganair can only accept 1 pet carrier per flight. Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin. Only 2 pets who are used to cohabitation of the same species can travel in the same carrier, as long as they weigh a maximum of 22 lbs (10 kg) each. Logan Air does not accept bulldogs, pugs, or pekinese breeds in the hold.
